General Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of services provided by InnerMShift via InnerMShift.club. Users must read these Terms before using any service. Use of the site or services indicates acceptance of these Terms. InnerMShift reserves the right to update terms with notice provided as described below.

Eligibility

Services are intended for adult users and organizations seeking executive development resources. Access requires compliance with applicable local laws and these Terms.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase paid services. Minors may access materials only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Users must use services for lawful purposes and not for activities that infringe the rights of others or violate regulations in their jurisdiction.

Access to specific services may be restricted in certain countries due to legal or regulatory requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring they may lawfully use the services in their country of residence.

Account Terms

Creating an account allows access to member features and program administration tools. Account holders must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of credentials.

Account information must be kept current and accurate. InnerMShift is not responsible for consequences of incorrect or outdated account information.

Users are responsible for securing their account login details. Prompt notification is required if unauthorized access is suspected.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by InnerMShift for organizational accounts.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact InnerMShift support immediately. Timely reporting helps mitigate unauthorized activity.

InnerMShift may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are associated with fraudulent activity.

Service Description

InnerMShift provides educational resources, coaching services, and program facilitation related to executive mindset development. Descriptions of services are provided for informational purposes and form part of these Terms.

Service features, content, and availability may be modified from time to time. InnerMShift will communicate material changes to registered users when feasible.

InnerMShift aims to maintain service availability but does not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows or other disruptions may occur.

User Conduct Rules

Users must follow conduct rules designed to protect other users and the integrity of the platform. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

  • Misrepresentation of identity or credentials when engaging with InnerMShift services.
  • Using the platform to harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
  • Uploading or sharing content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Attempting to bypass technical protections or access restricted areas without authorization.
  • Using services to promote illegal activities or solicitations that violate local laws.
  • Interfering with the normal operation of services through abusive behavior or technical attacks.
  • Purchasing or selling accounts or access rights in ways not authorized by InnerMShift.

User Content

Users may submit content such as feedback, comments, case examples, and materials for use in assigned programs. Submission implies a grant of rights as described below.

Users retain ownership of original content they create, subject to third-party rights. By submitting content, users represent they have necessary rights to share it.

By submitting content, users grant InnerMShift a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for service delivery, marketing, and improvement of offerings.

Users are responsible for the content they submit and must ensure it does not violate these Terms or applicable laws. InnerMShift may remove or refuse content at its discretion.

InnerMShift may remove user content that breaches Terms or legal requirements. Requests for removal of user-submitted content will be handled according to applicable policy and law.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in materials provided by InnerMShift, including course content, frameworks, and branding, remain with InnerMShift or its licensors. Users must not reproduce or distribute proprietary content without permission.

  • Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of InnerMShift proprietary content without written consent.
  • Do not remove proprietary notices or labels from distributed materials.
  • Do not use InnerMShift activity or logos in ways that imply endorsement without authorization.

Paid Services

Certain programs and services are offered for a fee. Paid services are governed by these Terms and any additional terms agreed at time of purchase.

Pricing for paid services is shown at the time of purchase. Taxes, fees, and third-party charges may apply as required by law.

Payments are processed using secure third-party payment services. Users must provide valid payment information and authorize charges for selected services.

Subscription services, where offered, will renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms in the purchase agreement.

Refund eligibility, if any, is described in the purchase agreement and dependent on the nature of the service. Refunds are evaluated case by case per stated policy.

Cancellation terms vary by service. Users should review cancellation provisions before purchase and may contact support for assistance.

Users are responsible for applicable taxes associated with purchases. InnerMShift will collect taxes where required by law.

InnerMShift may adjust pricing for new purchases; changes do not affect existing confirmed agreements unless specified.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access to paid services. InnerMShift may pursue available remedies for unpaid charges.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

InnerMShift may integrate or link to third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. InnerMShift is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Termination

InnerMShift may suspend or terminate access for users who breach these Terms or for operational reasons. Users may cancel paid services as specified in their agreement.

On termination, access to certain materials and accounts may be revoked. Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with InnerMShift's privacy practices. Information such as contact details and program activity is used to deliver services, communicate updates, and for administrative purposes. See the privacy policy for full details.

Communications

By using services, users consent to receive transactional and service-related communications. Marketing communications are sent only with consent or as permitted by law; users may opt out where applicable.

Changes to Terms

InnerMShift may modify these Terms and will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia for operations conducted there. Disputes will be addressed in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set out below and applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

Users should raise disputes first through InnerMShift support so issues can be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes may be addressed through mediation or by courts as required by governing law.
